Question: upload files to Galaxy

I want to upload some files to the Galaxy to run, but all my files are larger than 2GB, it told me to use FTP client to upload them. I logged into my galaxy FTP client, and successfully upload the files, but it told me that I have no files in my FTP. How could I solve this problems?
