Question: Over disk quota - double check deleted versus perm-deleted dataset/history status

I have been trying to remove everything but it still shows that it is full. I have signed out many times and nothing changed. I have deleted everyting both delete and delete permentantly

is there an issue with galaxy ?

After impersonating your account we have found that you have several deleted histories that are not permanently deleted. Please have a look at https://galaxyproject.org/learn/managing-datasets/#delete-vs-delete-permanently on how to achieve permanent deletion (that cleans up your quota)
