"If your genome of interest is not listed, contact the Galaxy team (--genomeDir)" It is my first RNA-seq analysis using usegalaxy.org. I tried to use RNA STAR, but there was no reference genome that I am interested in. Moreover, I am not sure the mean of "contact the Galaxy team (--genomeDir)"
Should I ask Galaxy team to add the reference genome to usegalaxy.org system? what is the (--genomeDir)?

Hello,

Upload the genome in fasta format into your history and use it with tools as a Custom genome/build.
