Question: cufflinks task stuck

Hi Everyone, have a problem any cufflinks task assigned stuck and nothing happened for like a whole day and no sign that the task is even running? any suggestion what should i do

Where are you using Galaxy? In a local or a public server other than https://usegalaxy.org?

just the public server galaxy.org, I can guess ur answer and thank you :) however just didn't face this problem before

Thanks, because I couldn't find your account to start with (but did now).

It looks like other Cufflinks jobs have completed and the one started about 8 hrs ago now is queued. That seems normal. The job should run within 24 hours - and likely much sooner.

I just didn't face that before, everything was really fast before but it's okay. Thank you so much for your help
