Question: Cannot update file via FTP

I'm currently having an issue uploading >2GB fastq file to the Galaxy. I tested Cyberduck and Forklift FTP client and both never worked.. Could someone help? I would like to upload before the network upgrade. Thanks.

Help for FTP: https://galaxyproject.org/support/loading-data/

Check the target server, your user/pass (same that you use to login to Galaxy email/pass), and that FTP (not SFTP) is used.

If you have problems after that, could you explain when and how the problem manifests?
