We would like to setup the Galaxy that would integrate with our cluster using PBS Pro running on CentOS 7. Is there a
documentation for configuring Galaxy with PBS Pro using DRMAA? I have installed pbs-drmaa from:
http://apps.man.poznan.pl/trac/pbs-drmaa
but then I'm not sure how to use it together with Galaxy and the job queue of PBS Pro. Please kindly shed some light.
