Trinity is still not working, job is waiting to run for two days.
I'm in the same position too...job started Friday (ish!)
I've got the same problem! Jobs seem not to proceed further than the 'waiting step'.

Test runs are also stalled. The admin for Galaxy Main is looking into the issue again. Feedback soon.

Trinity jobs should be moving again. Sorry about the hold up.
I have still an error, when I'm using trinity: ERROR: couldn't run the network check to confirm latest Trinity software version.
