Question: (Closed) Trinity jobs on hold for four days

Hi everybody, Is there anything wrong with the Trinity De Novo RNA-Seq assembly? I submitted my job on Saturday, and it is still in queue:-( Independently tried submitting same job at the galaxy at Indiana.edu - same result. Does anybody know what is the trouble? Thanks, Alexander
