Hello, I want to intall miRDeep2 in galaxy. However, there is a mistake on 'package_perl_pdf_api2_2_023' which is the miRDeep2 tool dependencies.
The mistake information shows as followed:
Error downloading from URL
HTTP Error 404: Not Found
Does anyone know some ways to fix this problem? Thank you!
