Hi,

I am attempting to recreate an RNA Seq differential expression analysis of a previously published experiment. I have obtained the fastq files for this through EBI SRA, but I am not able to locate the FastQC tool to start my work off. I expected to find it under 'NGS:QC and Manipulation', but for some reason, I am unable to locate it. Can somebody point out my mistake?

I can see the tool now, thanks all for your help. I am not sure what went right and what went wrong, but thanks again.

Is http://usegalaxy.org the Galaxy instance you are having trouble with? I can see it there right now...Try typing "fastqc" into the search bar at the top of the tool panel on the left of the screen where it says "search tools" ?

I am not able to see it...all I get when I type 'FastQC', 'fastqc' or 'FASTQC' into the search bar is the 'Combine FASTA and QUAL' tool under NGS:QC and Manipulation. I can't understand where the problem is..
