Question: Allocate more space in Galaxy Main

I would need 500Go minimum to reach the goal I want.
The problem is that I load a vcf file of 15Go, which becomes 150Go when uncompressed.
So that I can't do any calculation on that specific file because I would then need the same amount of data for a first result, arriving rapidly to 300Go. If I want to compare with an other individual, I would need more 200Go to load, uncompress and calculate for the second one.
