Question: (Closed) Galaxy PBS Error

Hi all!

I trying run Galaxy with PBS. My server have debian installed. I enable job_conf.xml with plugin for PBS as describe in https://new.galaxyproject.org/admin/config/performance/cluster/, although documentation is out of date. When I run galaxy I have the message below:

ImportError /.../.venv/local/lib/python2.7/site-packages/pbs/_pbs.so: undefined symbol: job_log_mutex

It looks like your pbs-python installation can't see the PBS libraries on the server. Find where those are and ensure they're in one of the default search paths of libraries.

I could not solve the problem directly, but I had an old version of pbs-python that worked and I used that version and ... it worked!
