Question: Problems with Bowtie 2

Is there a problem using bowtie 2 since 1200 yesterday. None of my jobs submitted since yesterday morning are completed. I had no problem using Bowtie for Illumina tool during the same time frame, which makes me wonder if the problem is restricted to Bowtie2? Hitesh
