I uploaded two fastq.gz files to usegalaxy.org using FTP. The first one worked well. The second one seemed could not be uncompressed automatical and show "uploaded fastq.gz file" and "format: fastq.gz" in the preview window of History. The first one show "format: fastq" and my sequences detail as usual in the preview. Both of these fastq.gz files worked on my own computer well. I try to gzip the second file in the CentOS and upload again but without success. Could anyone help me? Thanks.

I am having the same problem. Does anyone know if there is a way to unzip the file in Galaxy if it fails to do so automatically?
