When trying to run previously saved workflows in a private instance of Galaxy, we get a blank page. This function was working until recently, but suddently it stopped working. We have rebooted the server, started the service as normal and all works well, except the worflows. We get a blank page when trying to run, but when trying to edit things work. If you open up the browser console before clicking run, is anything logged there? Also, any errors in the Galaxy web server and/or proxy server logs?

Nate, thanks for getting back on this (still unresolved) issue. I did not get a notification via email.
Anyhow, this problem with the blank page shows in all workflows. As I mentioned, it was working well and then suddenly the ability to run was no longer possible.
On the logs I do not see any errors; everything seems normal activity when calling the workflow_id=xxxxx and the /workflow/run?id=xxxxxx
Any other ideas how to troubleshoot this?

Ok, i have an update. When forcing a specific workflow to run I get something logged in the paster.log file that seems to be a tool conflict. This is in response to Jen's message about recently updated tools. Do you think this is is what causing the blank page behavior?
