Hello,

Jobs in the queue can take up to 24 hrs to execute (unless there is unusually high load). Stopping and restarting jobs move them back to the end of the queue, extending wait time. Once you launch again, allow the job to process. https://wiki.galaxyproject.org/Support#Dataset_status_and_how_jobs_execute

That said, there are some issues with Galaxy Main at http://usegalaxy.org. This may have impacted jobs as of late Weds and now is manifesting as temporary downtime (two distinct issues). Please follow here for details and updates: https://biostar.usegalaxy.org/p/20698/

Once up again, try a re-run and see if that resolves the problem. Note that many others will be rerunning jobs so the queue will be a bit busier for a few days, producing a high server load and extended wait times (how long depends on many factors).

Our apologies for the inconvenience, Jen, Galaxy team
