Question: ftp transfer complete but no files in choose ftp file from galaxy window

Finally, I set up a ftp server for my local galaxy.
I'd like to transfer a file fastq (~5GB) to ftp.
After ftp transfer and it shows that
226 Transfer complete 5134161666 bytes sent in 1:36:22 (867.07 KiB/s)
But when I check my galaxy server, there is no file in choose ftp file from upload file window.
I tried a file fastq.gz with (1.5Gb), it is visible in ftp window.
Any idea about it?

Did you try this more than once with the fastq file (uncompressed)? It still fails after the fastq.gz successful transfer/load?
