HI, Could you upload the x. laevis v9 genome available at Xenbase (ftp://ftp.xenbase.org/pub/Genomics/JGI/Xenla9.1/1.8.3/XL9.1_v3.transcripts.primary.mRNA.fa.gz) on to Galaxy? I would like to align my Illumina fastq files to this genome. Thanks Sridar

Hello,

The genome (not transcriptome) has been added to the list of new genomes to review and index: https://github.com/galaxyproject/galaxy/issues/1470

Meanwhile, please use the Custom Genome/Build functions with tools: https://wiki.galaxyproject.org/Support#Custom_reference_genome

Thanks, Jen, Galaxy team
