My disk quota seems to be miscalculated.

From my "Saved Histories", I can see that I'm using up about 90 GB disk quota, but the Galaxy told me that I used 86.7 TB (yes, TB) of disk space.

All my analysis are on hold, need some help here @@.

Haven't seen that before, do you recall what happened just prior to this miscalculation?

In any event, I've recalculated your usage and you should be good to go now.

I woke up this morning and found that my usage is 4.1 TB. Now it's at 13.7 TB.

It seems to keep increasing at a rate of 1 TB/hr.

I do remember that this happened after i tried purging some of my history to clear some space. After i click confirm, Chrome freezes for a few minutes, then a window popped up and said something like fail to purge history (not in the same words). But the histories got purged and deleted anyway... so I created some new ones and ran some analysis. Came back after 4 hours, and my usage got stuck at 100% ever since.

Sorry Dannon, but I need your help again T.T

Thanks for the information, I'll try to track this down today. I've recalculated your usage again for now.

Thanks Dannon, problem solved!

BTW, any idea about what happened?

Yep, we know what happened. Basically there was a small set of jobs that lost tracking and would repeatedly complete, causing the quota to bump up each time.
