Hi all! I'm trying to get the biopython package onto a private toolshed, but having trouble with this. I've tried exporting the package as a capsule, which gives me a folder holding files called export_info.xml and manifest.xml plus a bunch of tar.gz files. When attempting to import this repository capsule to my toolshed, Galaxy won't let me select the entire folder; I've tried selecting both the export_info.xml and manifest.xml files but both return errors. Can anyone clarify on how importing a repository capsule is supposed to work? Thanks in advance.

Hello,

The documentation may have been unclear, the designed method is to upload the tarball entire to the capsule import interface, then the toolshed will extract that and create the repositories in the order they should be to maintain valid dependency relationships.
