Question: installed workflow unable to find tools that were installed

Hi,

One of our colleague try to use my tools and workflow that I developed on Galaxy toolshed. She can successfully install the suit (including the tool package and dependency for workflow. The tool package itself contain both tools and workflow). However, when she try to import the workflow, the workflow cannot find the tools. Do you have any suggestion what might go wrong here?

Thanks, for the suggestion. Yes, I've tried restarting Galaxy.
