Question: Create an admin account to use toolshed and install other programs

I have to analyse methylation data and I would like to install some tools that I need from toolshed in my account but for that I guess I need an administrator account How can I get one?

Don't be surprised if the administrator refuses your request unless you are their boss (!) because Galaxy admins have potentially dangerous privileges. 

One solution would be to set up and manage your own instance.
