I'm trying to fish out antibiotic resistant genes from a hiseq data generated from human stool.

I have the antibiotic resistant gene database, how can I do it on Galaxy? I found that megablast only provide four default databases, how can I use my own?

Or anyone can recommend me some other tools to finish the job?

Thank you!

Megablast at is indexed for specific databases. To use others, install the tool on a local or cloud Galaxy along with the indexes.
