Hi,

I have been trying to log in to galaxy but the galaxy user account shows password is incorrect. So, I asked for a password reset but I have received no email at all. My email id is : rrpchandra@gmail.com. Can you please send me the password. I have been trying this for 3 days now.

Thank you for your help.

Best,

Rashmi

Hello,

I didn't find an account for this email address at http://usegalaxy.org. If you want to work here, creating an account might be the first step.

If you know that you are working somewhere else, first double check your smap/trash email folders, if you haven't already.

Then know that each Galaxy server is hosted independently. I suggest contacting the owners of the instance you are using. Contact information is generally found on the instance's home page, but this is up to the owners to do. This is a list of known public Galaxy servers that often includes contact information that might help: PublicGalaxyServers

There is no account with that user id or email at http://usegalaxy.org.

You may have been using this server as anonymous or you may have an account at another Galaxy server.

Any anonymous account only lasts as long as the current session. When the session is over, the data is purged.

I suggest 1) double checking the server you were working on 2) if it was usegalaxy.org, then create an account now and start the work over.

Sorry we cannot provide better news. Jen
