Hello,
I am trying to reset my password. I am able to request a reset, however, when I attempt the reset I receive an error message that reads "invalid or expired reset token, please request a new one". I receive this message whether I click the link provided in the reset email, or copy and paste the link into a browser. I've tried to use different browsers (Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer and Safari) and both a Mac and PC. None of these options are working. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any help is much appreciated.
