I have an output from Trinity that looks like an assembled genome. When I use Blast to check for similarity, I get the message:

Your BLAST job specified more than one input sequence. This box lets you choose which input sequence to show BLAST results for.

Is there something that I need to do to join the Trinity file into a single genome?

Thanks Rick Champion

This is a third party web Blast search (not within Galaxy)? It may only accept one query sequence at a time. The target genome can contain multiple sequences. However, the service you are using may not allow you to load a custom target genome (most don't).

Please clarify if this does not apply.
