Question: Password Reset Not Working

Hello,

I am trying to reset my password. I am able to request a reset, however, when I attempt the reset I receive an error message that reads "invalid or expired reset token, please request a new one".  I receive this message whether I click the link provided in the reset email, or copy and paste the link into a browser. I've tried to use different browsers (Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer and Safari) and both a Mac and PC.  None of these options are working.  Has anyone else experienced this issue?  Any help is much appreciated.

I am assuming that this was on the public Main Galaxy instance at http://usegalaxy.org. If you are working somewhere else, contacting the administrator of that instance will be the best way to resolve the issue.

Hi Jen,

I've requested a new password reset several times, and have entered a new password within 1-2 minutes of receiving the reset. This was performed through the main Galaxy instance.
