Hi ,

I am new to Galaxy and Bioinformatics. I just got data after DNA NGS data. I have data from 2 individuals. I downloaded the data from the server. I got files named fastq.gz. I was trying to upload them to Galaxy but it says the files are too big. each file in my case are 2.1Gb and I did the paired-end sequencing on both the samples. Please let me know what is the best way going ahead

Thank you

Regards

You cannot upload large files through the browser due to inherent browser limitations. Use ftp upload instead as shown here https://vimeo.com/120972739

Hello, The choice used by many, including myself, is FileZilla. Give this a try and see how it works for you. Best, Jen, Galaxy team
