Hello

I am Viva I am using galaxy as a platform to identify SNPs in my datasets. I have two datasets which I had to align against each each other to identify SNPs in them. To check them for their synteny I ahve to align them against the reference sequence. So far using combination of tools I have been able to align the two datasets sequences but when I align it with reference I cannot see any nucleotide bases in reference genome. My account is under user name d.angra@reading.ac.uk.If you have a good look at my account and see history step number 61.

Thanks for your help.
