Question: My queue is frozen

Hi, can someone from the Galaxy Admin team check my account?  My queue has been frozen for 3 days; I executed a number of different tools, and re-executed a previous analysis that previously worked.  All of them are stuck in grey with no activity.

Update: Please try restarting the jobs using the re-run function. Then be sure to permanently delete the prior queued (grey) jobs - this is very important, a delete is not enough. The method may or may not work, and we almost always recommend not to do this, but situation is unique (I've seen only one other report of this occurring this week). Is worth it to see if the jobs will go through this weekend, before more concrete details can be worked out. Thanks, Jen, Galaxy team
