Question: why all of my jobs are pending to start?

hi initially I registered and downloaded all needed .fastq files from ENA in some minutes. I did QC and Trimming but fastqc software could not finish job successfully. I thought, files were not true and deleted and purged all downloaded files. but now I can not run any download or any other job. all jobs appear with a clock on left up corner of them in history part...!!! what can i do now..?is there any reset tab...!!??
