Hi,

I am using Cuffdiff with Galaxy and even though the jobs show complete there are no output files for me to download. This is for all 11 datasets. There are links for 'View Details' and 'Run this job again' but not for 'Download'.

Thanks,

Jim

Hello,

The job output datasets are colored green? The description sounds like a grey job that is still queued and waiting to run, or possibly a yellow dataset that is still executing.

Please see: https://wiki.galaxyproject.org/Support#Dataset_status_and_how_jobs_execute

If this doesn't clarify the issue, please provide more details about where you are using Galaxy:

  • Galaxy Main at http://usegalaxy.org ? We'll need your account email to check the history/datasets (I didn't find one associated with this Biostars account). Send an email from it to galaxy-bugs@lists.galaxyproject.org for private support. Please include a link to this Biostars post in the email and a shared link to the history with the odd jobs datasets - including inputs - undeleted. How to share a history: https://wiki.galaxyproject.org/Learn/Share
  • Some other Public Galaxy instance ? Contact information for known Public Servers is here: https://wiki.galaxyproject.org/PublicGalaxyServers
  • A local or cloud Galaxy instance ? Please share the Galaxy version, Cufflinks tool version, and any custom changes made to the default server configuration.

Thanks! Jen, Galaxy team

FYI for other readers - the problem occurred on a private Galaxy instance and will be reported for troubleshooting to the administrators of that server.
