Question: multiBamSummary in DeepTools_sample order did not match to the entry

Hi Everyone, I tried to plot the correlation plots using the DeepTools on the web base Galaxy. I first use multiBamsymmary to organize th Bam files in an order I would like it appears on the plot then use plotCorrelation to create the heatmap. However, the sample order on the plot did not show exacly what I enter in the multiBamsymmary too. Does anyone have the same issue? Is it a bug? any suggestion would be very appreciated! Thank you~

What version of multiBamSummary and plotCorrelation are you using?
