Question: Tool request - geNorm / NormFinder

I would like to request a galaxy tool based on either the geNorm or NormFinder algorithms. Both are publicly available and much requested in my lab.

If you wish to vet the idea first directly with the developers, please post a question at: https://gitter.im/galaxy-iuc/iuc. There may be plans to wrap these tools already, or existing reasons why they will not be wrapped.
