Hello, I use the web-version of Galaxy and would like to use the FastX toolkit. Can I add this toolkit to the Galaxy tools using the information on https://testtoolshed.g2.bx.psu.edu/repository?repository_id=e97a7f2d0070b57e&changeset_revision=e76e81b3eccf? Thanks, Darsha

Many of these tools are already at http://usegalaxy.org - search the tool panel with the keyword "fastx" to locate them.

If you are working at a different public server, then you can contact them directly to see if these tools can be added: https://wiki.galaxyproject.org/PublicGalaxyServers
