I only see jobs that were started about three hours ago at Galaxy Main https://usegalaxy.org.

Jobs are processed in the order submitted, across all accounts on the server. Some tools, like this one, run their jobs on bigger clusters which tend to be the busier queues. Once you have a job started, a place in the queue is assigned. It is best to wait for the job to complete, and avoid deleting and restarting, as this only adds the new jobs back at the end of the queue, increasing wait time.

FAQs:

Occasionally there are cluster issues, but none are known right now, and delayed jobs are started up by our administrator when this occurs. Very rarely is a rerun required, and when so, we'll let everyone know here, or you can ask should a job stay queued for over 24 hours (please leave it undeleted).
