Question: Jobs do not start in Galaxy for NGS RNA analysis

In Galaxy main, neither Cufflinks nor Tophat starts the job for ~24hrs. Is there anything wrong?

I'm having the same problem, TopHat jobs are grey(!) for 2+ days

Hello - The jobs are still queued (grey in color)? The server is likely busy but I will double check. If this is not occurring at http://usegalaxy.org, please write back to clarify where you are working. Thanks, Jen
