I want to use Galaxy to perform some analysis for an assignment. I would then need to provide a link to the workflow for my assessor. However, the data we will be using has not yet been published, so it's important that this not be publicly accessible when I publish the workflow.

Is it possible to publish the workflow without publishing the data? Or alternatively to only make it accessible to my assessor?

Sure! A workflow is just a text file which you can download, upload to http://www.myexperiment.org or share with your colleagues. As long as you do not share a history you never share data.

Hope this helps, Bjoern
