Can any one please help me sharing the PC's of 1kgp. Also,How to plot a 3D rotating plot in R for 1000 genomes with Superpopulation and population codes . Representing each population within the superpopulation in different colors (Indivually). That is , a 3D rotating graph for each population seperately. It would be of great help

However it is command line and not galaxy... Maybe it still helps.
