Hello community. I am excited to be able to use DeepTools > plotProfile to diplay ChIP-seq signal distributions around a set of genes, but I am struggling with one annoying problem.

For one of my data sets, the legend overlaps my data. Does anyone have any solutions for moving the legend out of the way?

Here is my current solution. I doubled the height and y-axis max value. I will crop this and add a line to the top in Powerpoint. Better solutions are more than welcome.

There's no direct way to remove the legend in deepTools. One would normally just have plotProfile produce a PDF and then delete the legend in it.
