Dear Sir or Mandam,

I am trying to run Cuffdiff by NGS: RNA Analysis. I succed in uploading my transcript data but when I continue to set condition field I have problem in setting dataset collection. It provides me two options from which I can select one but the program do not set it in use. I have the same problem to set the next Condition dialog box. What can I do? I did something wrong or it is platfmorms problem?

Best regards,

Ianthi Leonti

Where are you using Galaxy? Main? or other?

If can reproduce on Main, please share a history (that just includes the inputs and link to tool form options set by screenshot - your choice of external service - I tend to use imgor by habit). Include comments about inputs or what the screenshot does not capture for some reason). Make sure all datasets need to reproduce are undeleted (active). Send from the same email address you use at Main and send history (and workflow, if used) share link, comments, screenshot by link, link to this biostars post, what browser/OS is in use (sounds like original work was elsewhere), plus anything else you think will help to We will get back to you once reviewed. Nothing private will be shared back here, just generalize solution or potentially issue ticket (if applicable).

There are other details needed to sort out local/cloud/other public instance issue. But let's start here if possible and explore others as needed.

Jen, Galaxy team

Just to make certain this is not a simple datatype assignment issue .. fastqsanger is required for most tools. See here to check this (and following section, if need to adjust):
