This is a follow-up from a previous question.

The Deeptools module in the main instance of galaxy needs to be fixed.

I can get my BigWig files to run on the http://deeptools.ie-freiburg.mpg.de/ instance, and get good output results for multiBigwigSummary.

However, the exact same input files (2 bigwigs) used with the Deeptools module with multiBigwigSummary in the main instance of galaxy it fails and gives the following error: empty formatdeeptools_coverage_matrixdatabasehg19 The number of labels does not match the number of bigWig files.

Please help!

I think we fixed this in the lastest release. For the time being please make sure that the dataset names in your history (the datasets you are using in Galaxy) do not contain any whitespaces. I hope this fixes it for you until Main gets an update.

Cheers, Bjoern
