Hello again,
I tried to run RNA STAR but it doesn't run at all. I've tried to delete the runs and do it again but it still doesn't work.
Also, I have plenty of files on my session but the space used is 0% even if I tried to unlog and log again a few times to update it.
Thanks for you help,
Helene

I reviewed the account at Galaxy Main https://usegalaxy.org and it does look like both of your histories have been permanently deleted (purged) and your usage is at 0%. The most recent history (now purged) contains both successful RNA STAR runs and a few other RNA STAR runs that were deleted before the jobs completed.
Quota information: https://galaxyproject.org/main/ && https://galaxyproject.org/support/account-quotas/
Jobs should be left in the queued state and not deleted/rerun, as this only places those new jobs back at the end of the queue, extending wait time. All input datasets must be left in an undeleted state until all actively running downstream jobs that use them complete processing and results are returned. Processing includes the queued state: gray - and the execution state: yellow. The job is considered complete when it ends with either a success state: green or an error state: red. https://galaxyproject.org/support/how-jobs-execute/
In short, if you want to rerun the analysis, you'll need to upload the initial data again, then launch the downstream jobs and allow those to fully process.
