hi i know its a stupid question but im new in the web based galaxy. i crated an account and activate it, i uploaded files like bam or fastq and run new jobs such as fastqc and filter by quality. the jobs or files were added to the history, but my stupid question is how to access the results??!?!?! i refreshed the history several times and nothing. someone can pls explain me whats wrong? thanks in advance efibu

Hello, To see your data in the center console of Galaxy, you can click the eye icon associated with that dataset in the history panel. You won't be able to view BAM files in the manner, as they are compressed and not viewable. If you would like to inspect the entries of a BAM file you will need to convert it to SAM format and this file can be visually inspected.
