Question: Exported - Imported - Shared: Workflows, Histories, Datasets

I have a very naive question. I am leaning Galaxy and I need to assess peer-project as part of the course. We are required to share the workflow/history .ga file link and .vcf file. For peer-review, we receive .ga file and .vcf file as well. I can visualize the .vcf file but have trouble opening the .ga file. I am not sure how to access the complete history and files created by the peer through this link for .ga file? So far I have tried importing workflow which obviously shows only the steps utilized but not the file output. Other than that I have tried to fetch data through Get Data tool by pasting the link in the upload file option. Of-course these were not useful. I would appreciate your suggestions.
