Question: DeSEQ2 not running

Update: I checked your jobs to make sure more was not going on.

Two things:

1) It looks like the original jobs were already deleted and new ones were started today.

2) The input collection of feature_counts results in dataset 647 is odd. Two of the elements were deleted? This could cause problems - both technical and scientific. You might need to correct and rerun that job first, then downstream tools like DeSeq2.
