Question: How to make a link to local file in tool help ?

Hi I am developing a new tool in Galaxy. In the help of the tool, I would like to add a html link to a local file in the tool directory. Can you give me the appropriate syntax? I tried several ways to include html links in the xml file but without success. Thanks sam

Please take a look at lparsons htseq-count wrapper and in particular in the static directory. If I remember correctly planemo serve Does not show it but if you install it in an actual server instance it goes Fine.
