Hello,

I was just curious what the difference is between the loading circle and the loading square that moves in the yellow box as the data is processing on the galaxy interface!

Its a stupid question but am wondering if its relevant to how my data is being processed....

Thanks!

Hello,

The moving circle next to the name in a yellow dataset indicates the jobs is processing.

A static double line next to the name in a blue dataset indicates that the job is paused.

Where are you seeing a moving square in a yellow dataset? Where are you using Galaxy? Hold old is the version? Uploaded datasets at one point (colored a light blue) had a moving arrow, but that is no longer how data loading is indicated.

There are other square icons in a yellow dataset, but these are static and are lower in the text. One is for information about the run, the other is a re-run function.

Thanks, Jen, Galaxy team
