Hi there,

I am keep getting the message "This is a new dataset and not all of its data are available yet". nothing is in the queue. It happened both in FASTQ Groomer and TopHat.

Is there anything wrong with the file?

Thank you in advance,

Moti

Hello,

This state is a type of staging. The database has it in a queue but it has not been sent into the cluster queue. This is due to high server load. Data in this state can be treated like any other grey dataset - it is queued and the job should be allowed to complete without deleting/restarting.

Breaking down the different "grey - queued" datasets into more types is a topic the developers are considering to help make status clearer to understand.

Thank you for your response, Jen.

You were right, the job was successfully completed after a while. However, I have another issue. I tried to run MAP with BWA and got the following error message: An error occurred with this dataset: Fatal error: Exit code 1 () (33, "HTTP server doesn't seem to support byte ranges. Cannot resume.”).

Any idea how to fix this?

Thanks again,

Moti

This follow-up question was not addressed (was missed). The error was server side, not a tool problem.

For others, it is always best to start a new thread for new questions. Prior questions that add context can be linked.
