Hello,

For some reason my wig files are not being properly converted to bigWig format when I merge them into a single file.

Here is an example of a merged file of the my ChIPseq data for the mouse Y and M chromosomes

https://s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/hoxa13-gt-chipseq/Input/M+and+Y+concatenate wig file

The Wig headers look ok to me based on what I read in the UCSC Genome Browser guide.

Hopefully someone can spot my mistake.

thank you, Scott

Cheers!

PS: Please see the extended comments at the initial post. In short: do not concatenate before using the tool and add track lines (at least one input was missing this header in the bug report sent in). Runs with single inputs/track lines were successful.
